| ABSTRACT | Approval of a loan is a crucial duty for financial institutions since it directly affects risk management and client trust. This research introduces a prediction method for loan acceptance based on machine learning utilizing past applicant data to make more accurate and efficient decisions. To evaluate the possibility of approval, the algorithm considers crucial parameters such as income level, credit history, employment information, and loan features. Data pretreatment and feature optimization are used to increase model reliability, followed by training various classification algorithms to determine the best prediction model. The suggested method eliminates reliance on manual review, minimizes subjective bias, and increases processing efficiency. The findings show that a data-driven loan approval approach can effectively help lenders make consistent, transparent, and informed lending decisions. |
