| ABSTRACT | The increasing volume, diversity, and complexity of healthcare data generated from electronic health records, medical images, laboratory reports, wearable sensors, and clinical notes have made traditional, static healthcare information systems insufficient for intelligent analysis and clinical decision support. To address these challenges, this project proposes an AI-Driven Knowledge Graph framework for Continuous Learning and Multi-Modal Knowledge Extraction in Healthcare that leverages Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, multimodal data processing, and graph-based reasoning techniques. The system intelligently collects, processes, integrates, and continuously updates healthcare data to construct a dynamic knowledge graph, enabling accurate entity extraction, relationship modeling, clinical insights generation, risk assessment, and personalized decision support for modern healthcare environments. |
