| ABSTRACT | Students and researchers are finding it more and more time-consuming to conduct manual research and write papers due to the rapid growth of scientific literature. An AI-Powered Autonomous Research Paper Generator that automates content extraction, literature retrieval, and research draft generation is presented in this work as a solution to this problem. The system uses a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline to guarantee context-aware and citation-grounded content generation, integrates APIs from ArXiv and CrossRef for real-time paper discovery, and extracts structured text from research documents using PDF-parse. The model then uses OpenRouter-based LLMs to synthesize the extracted data into IEEE-formatted LaTeX research drafts. According to experimental evaluation, the suggested system greatly lowers manual labor, increases accuracy by reducing hallucinations, and speeds up the first drafting process, all of which increase overall research productivity. |
