| ABSTRACT | The AI Career Coach Platform is a cutting-edge AI-powered career development application that enhances the interview readiness of candidates and their overall job preparation by applying intelligent automation. Next.js, CrewAI, and multimodal AI have been used to create the system, simulating realistic interview environments enabled by the dually modality engine: VAPI for natural, real-time voice interaction and HeyGen for immersive video-avatar streaming. The system auto-generates interview questions from job descriptions within the role in which a user is interested and gives holistic, semantic feedback on user responses. Besides interview simulations, it embeds a powerful 10+ agent workflow that can conduct deep gap analyses on resumes, assess ATS alignment, create personalized cover letters, and provide real-time insights into industry needs regarding required skills, certifications, and market trends. By integrating multi-agent reasoning, voice/video AI, and dynamic career analytics, the platform provides users with the comprehensive data-driven preparation experience tailored to any target role, greatly enhancing their confidence, competitiveness, and career readiness in the current job market. |
