| ABSTRACT | The increasing demand for online transportation services has created a need for efficient and user-friendly vehicle rental platforms. Traditional car rental systems often rely on manual booking procedures, making the process time-consuming and less accessible for customers. To address these challenges, this paper presents the design and development of a MERN-Based Car Rental Management System that provides a digital platform for vehicle reservation and management. The proposed system is developed using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, enabling a scalable and responsive web application. The platform allows users to register, browse available vehicles, view detailed car information, and make reservations through an intuitive interface. Administrative functionalities are incorporated to manage vehicles, monitor bookings, and maintain system records efficiently. The developed solution improves operational efficiency, reduces manual effort, and enhances customer convenience through real-time access to rental services. By integrating modern web technologies and centralized data management, the system offers a reliable and secure approach to vehicle rental operations. The proposed platform demonstrates the potential of MERN-stack applications in modernizing traditional rental management processes and improving overall user experience. |
