| ABSTRACT | DocuIntel Pro – Smart Multilingual Document Summarization System is an AI-powered application designed to simplify long and complex documents into concise, easy-to-understand summaries. In today’s fast-paced digital world, users often struggle to read and analyze lengthy documents such as research papers, legal files, academic materials, and general reports. This system aims to reduce reading time and improve comprehension by generating intelligent summaries using advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. The system allows users to upload documents in multiple formats such as PDF, Word, JPG, and PNG. Additionally, it supports real-time document capture using a live camera scanning feature. Users can choose the document domain, including General, Legal, Academic, and Research/Thesis papers, enabling the system to generate context-aware summaries. The application provides customizable summary length options such as Short, Medium, and Detailed. Users can also select the output format as either paragraph-based or bullet-point summaries for better clarity. Furthermore, the system supports multilingual translation of summaries into English, Tamil, and Hindi. All processed documents are stored in a history section along with date and time for future reference, and users are given the option to delete records if needed. The summarized content can also be downloaded for offline use. This project demonstrates the integration of Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and multilingual translation to create an efficient and user-friendly document summarization system. |
