| TITLE | Dynamic Wireless Charging Infrastructure for EVs |

| ABSTRACT | The widespread adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) is limited by range anxiety, long charging times, battery degradation, and inadequate charging infrastructure. This paper presents a Dynamic Wireless Charging (DWC) infrastructure that enables electric vehicles to receive power wirelessly while in motion using inductive power transfer. The proposed system integrates road-embedded transmitting coils, vehicle-mounted receiving coils, renewable energy sources, and an ATmega328-based intelligent control unit to ensure efficient, safe, and contactless energy transfer. Sensor-based activation minimizes power losses by enabling charging only when vehicles are properly aligned. Experimental results demonstrate reliable wireless power transfer and effective system operation, validating the feasibility of dynamic charging. The proposed approach reduces charging downtime, mitigates range anxiety, allows smaller battery capacities, and supports sustainable transportation, making it a promising solution for future electric mobility infrastructure. |
